Service Status

Is IPTVMain down?

Almost certainly not — but let's find out properly. Most "the service is down" reports we receive turn out to be a router, an expired subscription or a player that needs reloading. Work through the four checks below and you will know within two minutes.

Our team can see the server side directly and will confirm whether anything is affected.

Two-minute triage

  1. Do other apps and websites work?

Yes Your internet is fine — move to the next check.

No The problem is your connection, not IPTV. Restart your router, wait two minutes, and try again.

  2. Does one channel fail, or all of them?

Yes A single dead channel is almost always a source-side issue with that one feed. Report it to us and we will switch it.

No If everything is dead, check the next question — this is usually a subscription or player problem.

  3. Has your subscription expired?

Yes Open your player and check the expiry date on the account screen. An expired line looks exactly like an outage.

No Still active? Reload the playlist in your player before assuming anything is broken.

  4. Did it stop after a player or firmware update?

Yes Reinstall the player and re-enter your Xtream Codes details. Updates sometimes clear stored playlists.

No If none of the above applies, contact us — we will check your line directly.

Common questions

Is IPTVMain down right now?
The fastest way to find out is to message us on live chat or WhatsApp — our team can see the server side immediately and will tell you straight away. In our experience most reports turn out to be a local connection, an expired subscription or a player that needs its playlist reloaded, so the triage steps on this page are worth two minutes first.
Why do my channels buffer at peak times?
Evening kick-offs are the heaviest load of the week, both on our servers and on your own broadband. Try a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi, close other streaming apps, and lower the stream quality if your line is marginal. Our buffering guide covers the settings that make the biggest difference.
One channel is dead but the rest work. Is that an outage?
No. A single failing channel is a problem with that specific feed rather than the service. Send us the channel name and we will switch it to a working source, usually the same day.
My subscription expired — does that look like an outage?
Yes, and it catches people out regularly. An expired line usually shows a black screen or a login error rather than a clear message. Check the expiry date on your player account screen before assuming the service is down.
How do I report a problem?
Live chat and WhatsApp are both monitored around the clock, or email contact@iptvmain.io. Telling us your device, your player app and whether one channel or all of them are affected gets you a fix considerably faster.
